Who I am
I’m Carie — mum of four, former secondary school English teacher and completely obsessed with helping families find better sleep.
After having my first baby, I found myself exhausted, overwhelmed and desperately searching for answers. When I finally transformed her sleep, it changed everything for our family. I will forever remember putting my little girl down to sleep without rocking her for hours, walking downstairs to my stunned husband and doing a wild joy dance together in the kitchen to the sound of… silence. From that moment on, I became fascinated by baby sleep and soon found myself helping friends and other mums navigate their own sleep struggles too.
Today, my coaching combines evidence-based sleep support with the real-life experience of raising four children of my own. I know first-hand that every baby is different and that there is never a one-size-fits-all solution. Over the years, I’ve supported families through all kinds of sleep struggles.
But the most important thing to me is that you never feel alone in the process. We are a team, working together towards better sleep for your baby and more rest for you. I understand how exhausting and emotional this season can be, and I will always listen carefully to your thoughts, worries and instincts along the way.

My role is not to take over — it’s to guide and support you so that you feel empowered to make the best decisions for your baby and your family. There is no “perfect” parent and no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep. I will never judge your choices, your parenting style or where you are starting from. Every family is different, and together we’ll find an approach that feels right for you.

Life with babies is rarely predictable — and sleep support should reflect that. I adapt my coaching to your child’s temperament, your parenting values and the realities of your everyday life, creating a plan that feels achievable and sustainable.

When parents are exhausted, everything feels harder. Supporting your baby’s sleep is also about supporting you. I care deeply about helping mums find more rest, more calm and freedom from the guilt and overwhelm that so often come with this season
